I was born and raised in the Philippines. I feel lucky to speak Tagalog/Filipino and English. I moved to Wichita Kansas 27 years ago. I have been a single mother of three girls for 12 yrs. and am very active in the Wichita community. I have been a Magdalen Catholic Church parishioner for 17 yrs. My two eldest went to Magdalen Catholic School and Kapaun Mount Carmel high school and graduated Wichita State University. I still have one girl that is currently at Magdalen Catholic school. I have been wanting to move to Florida but I decided to stay here in Wichita because I think Wichita is the best place to raise a family. For me the community offered the small town feeling with the big city advantages with various types of homes, arts, sports, entertainment events, recreation, affordability and quality of life and surrounding areas.
In my free time I love to visit my elderly clients/friends and I do lots of volunteering at Magdalen church and in the Wichita community. My favorite volunteer work is the meals on wheels for our least fortunate brothers and sisters in Christ. I love delivering meals to them. I love helping people every chance I get.
I own and maintain a few rental houses for 27 years and am always excited and ready to serve my community/clients. I have been a real estate agent since January of 2008 serving Wichita and the neighboring cities.
I have built many relationships with clients and even more importantly maintain those relationships by communicating effectively. Providing excellent service to buyers and sellers both. Earning their trust, referrals and repeat business. I love to help clients find, buy and sell homes.
Providing clients with the time, flexibility, patience, integrity, honesty, trust is my priority. Providing you with excellent service and knowledge with analytics skills, negotiation skills, ability to accurately price, market homes and so much more. As a Realtor my goal is to make my clients happy, to achieve the best outcome in every transaction and provide lifelong services to them, their family, friends and our community.
